Our Returns Policy:

At StuddedCaps.com, every studded and rhinestone hat is made to order for clothing brands, boutiques, and resellers.
Because all products are produced specifically for each customer and cannot be restocked or resold, we follow a strict return and refund policy outlined below.


1. All Sales Are Final (Wholesale / Made-to-Order)

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products:

✔ All sales are final

✔ No returns

✔ No cancellations after production begins

✔ No refunds once an order has entered production

This policy protects our production process and ensures consistent quality for every brand.


2. Order Cancellations (Before Production)

You may request a cancellation ONLY if:

  • Your order has not yet entered production, and

  • You contact us (Submit A Support Ticket) within 3 hours of placing your order.

Once production has begun, the order cannot be canceled.


3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously.
If you receive items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect:

You must contact us (Submit A Support Ticket) within 48 hours of delivery

Include the following:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the hat(s)

  • Photo of the shipping box & shipping label

  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will:
✔ Replace the defective items OR
✔ Issue a partial credit toward a future order (case-by-case)

We do not provide full refunds for defective items — only replacements or credits for the affected unit(s).


4. Minor Variations

Because each hat is made-to-order by hand:

Minor differences do not qualify as defects, including:

  • Slight variations in stud/rhinestone placement

  • Slight color differences due to monitor or lighting differences

  • AI-enhanced or digital product photos not matching the product 100%

  • Natural variation in materials or production batches

These variations are normal and expected in handcrafted studded/rhinestone items.


5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are no longer responsible.
Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Lost packages marked “delivered”

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

  • Carrier delays outside of our control


6. Returns for Resale Value or Profit Reasons

We do not accept returns because:

  • You changed your mind

  • You ordered the wrong quantity or style

  • You are unable to resell the product

  • You decided to rebrand or discontinue an item

  • You expected different profit margins

Made-to-order wholesale goods are not eligible for discretionary returns.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges.
If your order is defective or incorrect, we will replace only the affected units.
