What does the Rush Order fee cover?
It moves your entire order to the front of the production line, allowing your hats to be made faster than standard turnaround times.
It speeds up production, not shipping.
How fast is a Rush Order?
Rush orders typically complete in:
Rush: 3–7 business days
Super Rush (if available): 1–3 business days
This depends on capacity and order size.
Does Rush include faster shipping?
No — Rush covers production speed only.
You choose your shipping speed at checkout.
Is the Rush Fee refundable?
No. Once production has started, the Rush Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
If we cannot accept a rush due to capacity or order size, we will notify you before production begins.
Can any order be rushed?
Not always. Rush capacity is limited weekly, and extremely large orders (100+ units) may require modified timelines.
If your order cannot be rushed, we will contact you immediately.
Does the Rush Fee apply per item or per order?
It applies per order, not per product. One fee covers the entire order.
Why is there a Rush Fee?
Rush production requires:

How do I know if Rush is available this week?
If the Rush Fee product is in stock on the site, Rush is available. If it is out of stock, Rush slots are full for the week.
What if my event or drop date is extremely close?
Email support immediately. In some cases, we can offer Super Rush options or advise the fastest path based on your order size.
Will my order look rushed or lower quality?
Never.
Rush orders follow the same quality standards — you simply receive priority placement in production.
