SHIPPING POLICY

At StuddedCaps.com, all products are made-to-order for brand owners, boutiques, and clothing lines purchasing wholesale studded and rhinestone blank hats. This policy explains how orders are processed, produced, and shipped.


1. Production Time (Made-to-Order)

All hats are made to order. Production begins once payment is received.

Standard Production Time:
5–15 business days depending on order size, order volume, and current production capacity.

Larger Wholesale Orders (50+ units):
7–20 business days on average.

Rush Production:
Rush may be available depending on capacity. Additional fees apply.
Contact us before placing your order if you need expedited production.


2. Shipping Times

Shipping time begins after production is complete.

United States (Domestic):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Expedited International: 5–10 business days

Shipping times may vary by country, customs clearance, seasonal demand, and carrier delays.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Weight

  • Destination

  • Carrier rates

  • Selected service (standard/expedited)

Wholesale orders may qualify for bulk shipping pricing.


5. Pre-Orders & Large Volume Orders

Orders containing 100+ units or special batch requests may require additional production time.
Any changes in timelines will be communicated before production begins.


6. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

  • Orders will not be refunded for address errors.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Customs fees or import duties (international orders)


7. Split Shipments

For large wholesale orders, we may split shipments at our discretion to reduce delivery time.
You will receive tracking for each package shipped.


8. Damaged Packages or Products

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the box

  • Photos of the product(s)

  • Photos of the shipping label

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and provide next steps.


9. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.
These fees are not included in product or shipping prices.
